User's notes

Cheeky Rose - second sighting in two weeks, but this time at a different tree. She is the most determined bird, I think - determined to try nesting again, after failure at BoS. She was busy excavating, with the male sitting patiently. She was still there an hour later, with most of the time in the hollow. Male has interesting head colouring, too - but I suspect he will lose this next year?
