This is the first Temelucha identified locally, and is linked to images of the host lepidopteran

This wasp, about 7 mm long, hatched from the case of the Heliocosma moth shown in sighting 4596488

Hi Cath, if you still have this wasp can you get a clear photo of wing venation (front and back)? I’d like to try and get a good ID given we know the host

@SimoneC I did still have it, more dried out than ever, but I floated it in a drop of water and managed what I hope is a reasonable picture of the fore wings. The hind wing was difficult to tease out without a microscope, but I hope you might be able to see what you need! Cath
