I feel like we settle with S.Montanum? The plants are clumping which would suggest Rhizomes

Yeah complicating the experience of reality here, but necessarily so not gratuitously complicating reality here, Stylidium graminifolium in the strict sense can form clumps from rhizomes in reality too .

So i consider that feature,
yet learning from the Stylidium specialists who have done the extensive field, lab and herbaria studies, including excellent, Elisa Raulings, Pauline Ladiges and Juliet Wege,
i have learned that the
• leaves many diagnostic features, including glaucousness or not or partly, lamina flatness, bi-furrowed or not, underside margins recurved or not, serrated or not and distributions of serrations all the way or only part the way along the leaves margins, underside midrib prominence or not, upperside surface features above the midrib, lamina cross section shape, etc.
• and the inflorescences many diagnostic features, including hairs distribution and types including commonly both simple hairs and glandular hairs, whether hairs occur along the scape immediately below the lowest flower or not, hairs occurrence along the scape base just above the leaves and up from there, flowers size, number of flowers / fruits per complete inflorescence / infructescence, flowers spaced out attached along the scape or closely packed along the scape or variably spaced, etc . .

Those patterns and groups of populations, i suggest you look for and build up the same patterns' recognition i am working on building up.
So as to more informedly identify taxa here in this region,
including more recognition of patterns of apparently un-described taxa
– all according to taxa concepts in Elisa Raulings and Pauline Y. Ladiges (2001) and subsequent clarifications by Juliet Wege (2009, 2017) – see here : Stylidium montanum .

Hence this clump of plants i temporarily label, in pro. botany ways : " Stylidium cf. montanum et cf. graminifolium (horizontal rosette, partly glaucous, leaves with flat laminas, Rendezvous Creek area) " .
