The last photo shows the case on 24 October before it was collected. The moth hatched some time between 16 and 30 November.

Congrats. Wow. Now I need to do some reading of the original descriptions to discover which species it is.

Judging by the slant and shape of yellow/black boundary on the forewing I think H. hemicalypta is likely.
