Callocephalon fimbriatum (identifiable birds)

Mr & Mrs Gang Gang, or as I now call them Rouge & Noir (I know noir is black not gray but it sounds better) They spent an hour or so in the plum tree in the back yard. I slowly approached them to take photos and stood about a metre and half away from them as although they didn't seem to mind my presence I didn't wanna intrude any further into their space both for their sake and I didn't want a plum dropped on my head. Over the course of the next 30 minutes they both began to approach me and in the end she was stood on a branch about a foot away from my face. The only time I spooked them was when I moved my camera too fast to get a picture and Noir hissed at me before she went back to the fruit, it seemed she was quite brave and really unbothered by my presence as long as she got her fruit, Rouge was less bold though and stayed about a foot behind her most of the time. As they got closer I also realised there was something quite wrong with Rouge's foot, he was missing quite a few toes, now I'm not a professional ( yet ) but they looked to have been from an injury rather than a birth defect, regardless it seems to be healed fine and not causing obvious discomfort as he still uses it. His other foot seemed to be fully intact. I also noted a few things about his behaviour due to his foot. He can only grip onto branches with the uninjured foot so he can only hold food in the injured foot, which he is okay at, he seems to kinda try and balance the fruit in between the little stubs but it is only successful like ~70% of the time as he drops quite a bit more than his partner. Due to this lack of grip on that foot, every single step he takes along the branches or through the tree he uses his beak to help him balance and pull him along in a not entirely graceful manner. Regardless they were both brave sweeties in their own ways.
