this looked like a kookaburra or a kingfisher , seemed more slender than a kookaburra with a touch of blue but neither did it look like any of the kingfishers in the database so, given its position on the electric wire opted for kookaburra

Looks like a Sacred Kingfisher to me - buff lores, buff breast. Often seen on the wires at river end of the Jerra Wetlands paddocks
