Looks like T. pauciflora or T. peniculata. @CathB this is in your patch. Would you happen to know this plant?

Thanks Matt. I was in the same general area about an hour before this and I saw both species. The narrow yellow leaf looks like pauciflora to me. The peniculata leaves were broader and still green.
