ANICX1562-11 has the white patches either end of postmedial region. None show banded palps

Looks similar to Tuta absoluta, the Tomato Leafminer, an exotic pest of tomatoes (suggested by iNaturalist).

I think Ephysteris promptella is likely, but I see few images online to compare it with.

Ian I see what you mean abiout Tuta, which is not suposed to be in Oz, If its in Canberra on a wet night in early spring where there are no tomatoes about, then its everywhere!! Ephysteris promptella looks possible
