Several gang gang perching and flying in and out of large gum tree- may be nesting site but not sure

Thanks you for this record Dixie - this is a tree I watched last year and it is one of Gang-gang interest that I will check again this year later in the breeding season - but I suspect it may be a Gang-gang drinking tree - they often drink from pools at the base of hollows and Yellow Box are quite good at holding water. Would be very interested in any further sightings of Gang-gangs entering hollows in this tree or elsewhere on the golf course
