Looks like B umbrinus. Possibly B montanus?? In this area there were 4 plants I saw with buds, this was the only one that had an open flower. There were also several non-flowering plants.
I think the labellum is long and narrow enough to be B. umbrinus, but not as distinctly for many of the other plants. @TobiasHayashi might have more to add?
