Ibis sky ballet. It was so worth the time watching (and photgraphing) this flock as they took to the air, then gracefully returned to their paddock. They were perfectly sychronised (except for the occasional outlier - 5th picture), gliding together, then flapping together, then wheeling in to land. There was no leader - they just seemed to be in complete understanding, with silent communication.
