Some of the best orchids have been found by toilet breaks I believe! Didn't check if these had a red base but would be interested to rule out Arachnorchis sp.

Short, hairy, strap-like leaves that don't taper much at the base are characteristic of Glossodia major. The local Arachnorchis leaves are often broadest a third to a quarter the length of the leaf from the base. Cyanicula leaves are very narrow and linear.
