@Tapirlord I had a look. It has fruits, buds, leaf venation and oils glands like E.manniferra subsp. manniferra. But bark is completely different. Not white powdery, but rough and flaky. So I think it is a hybrid.
Thank you, @Steve818 and @Tapirlord. I wonder if it is possible that this tree is a E.manniferra x E.cinerea hybrid given that both were planted as street trees in Higgins?
