Hi @MichaelMulvaney , yes, I understand from the Rangers that it has a surprisingly persistent seedbank. They keep doing follow up. I think some residual flupropanate herbicide with a soil binder to stop it washing away, might help. Mal Copelin from City Services knows the technique. I will ask the Cotter Rangers to talk to him. @rangerstacey can you please email Mal Copelin for the details of the binder product and how it is mixed with flupropanate.
