Hi ran452, this ant looks like it is in the genus Nylanderia, which is not uncommon, but would be a new genus for ALA. Unfortunately I can't see it well enough in the photo to be sure. The long antennas and shape of the head and abdomen are consistent with Nylanderia, but I can't be sure. Cheers, Jon
