To me this looks like H.laxiflora, it is unlikely to be H.hirta In the drier forests at the base of tenant and H.algida should be higher in the landscape than this. Which previous sighting of H.algida were you referring to?
I don't think of this area as the base of Tennant. The similarity with Sighting 4481520 lies in the degree of hairiness of petiole, and the discolorous, with purplish veins. CNM records of H. algida start at 1040 m AHD. Over to you . . .
