Bolboschoenus I think, but let’s see what Jane says. I don’t have to ID these very often!

Not Fimbristylis because of the very triangular culm, plus others. Unfortunately not enough info in photo to get to Bolboschoenus species except to say doesn’t look robust enough for B. fluviatilis.
