Growing at Casuarina sands. Unfortunately sprayed before id sample taken.

Is it not just E.curvula? Or am I missing something?

@Tapirlord I was thinking tall form of E. curvula but the abundance of seed heads and relatively lack of foliage put me off. Also the staff who gave me the sample were unsure as the plants they sprayed all looked similar.
