Florets are shiny with a short-hair group on callus, a continuous long-hair ring at awn end of lemma and two marginal tufts in mid lemma. Summary - they are bare- backed on a short Wallaby grass with narrow inrolled leaves, not strictly in flower but certainly florets hold some seeds.
