ID tentative. Pith interrupted (very little present; almost hollow). Culms blue-green, to 65 cm high (estimated) and 2-3 mm diam (estimated): cataphylls straw-coloured.

Culms blue-green, and with pith interrupted to the point of being hollow sounds most like J.australis to me. It can be quite variable, particularly at low elevation
