Seems like this an undescribed species. I found 2 similar ACT observations by Donald Hobern on iNaturalist:

I can't find a match in BOLD, either named or unnamed. I can't see a match in Canberra NatureMapr either.
30 seconds to observe and photograph, 4 hours to not be able to ID :(
