I can't see the lobes that would make this R. auriculatum. Having consulted the VICFlora and NSW PlantNet keys I think this might be R. erianthum despite the broad leaves. The shape of the palea is a better match for R. erianthum compared to other options.

Thanks Matt - I was toying with that, too... These grasses are not easy to get right.
