Both the inflorescence and spikelets are very slender so it could be R. racemosum or R. penicillatum.

How can I improve this finding - so we get clarity. There are seed spikes around - and leaves.

You need to get good photos of the seeds preferably with measurements. It can be very challenging to get a good photo. Even then we may struggle to ID the plant. I even struggle when I have the plant in hand and am using a microscope.
