Sheltering in window ledge of house surrounded by endemic habitat garden. Leapt inside when window was opened. Caught and released outside.

I must admit I had to have a second look but the divided subdigital lamellae at the end of the fingers and toes is the clue. Gehyra do not occur naturally in the Canberra region but are close enough to arrive with building material or firewood.
