The size, shape, prominent large eyes and silvery iridescent forewings are very distinctive in this moth. Don, I dont think it matches any of your suggestions so far. I will keep looking.

Hoplophanes (genus)seems the most likely.
Sighting similar to 4530002.
Perhaps Prophylactis (genus) - although WA only?

Looks similar wrt to the the LBH photo, but thats not much to go on given there a re so few images online. However, there is a hint of the outer straight line section of the costa visible here which is reflected in the LBH specimen. eyes are large in the set speciment too.
