We will see what Matt says with this one and that Deyeuxia but I suspect both will be genus.

I can't see enough detail to make a call on this. My first thought was Microlaena stipoides, weeping grass.

Current photo isn't clear enough + very difficult to ID when just emerging. Need a clear photo of a spikelet and another of glumes next to floret and a ruler. Also whether plant is hairy or not (appears not to be).

Its stipoides, Sorry poor photo. The way the leaf attached to stem is tell tale sign.
