Initially thought another Lasioglossum, but the fuzzy white patch on the back of the thorax threw me.

The white patch is pollen. If you look at the flowers carefully you can see how they have evolved so that pollen is dabbed on the backs of visitors. The feature that shows that this bee is Leioproctus and not Lasioglossum is the dense bruch of hairs at the end of the abdomen (see image 5).
