Thats all good Jane, from reading the descriptions it is a plant of moist soils so i had thought there was a chance you had enouctered it in your travels. Having looked at the descriptions again I'm confident of the ID; it seems the subsp are seperated based upon microscopic features of the seeds but this plant is most likely subsp. chondrosperma on distribution & habitat.
