I'm almost certain here, but this isn't a particularly common species and not one I've seen much of. The hairiness of this species is quite prominent though, as seen here. The flower structure is very different to T. hybridum, which is more similar to T. repens or fragiferum, see for example https://www.inaturalist.org/observations/189554142 - I'm also not too sure if T. hybridum is present/established in Canberra.
