I have found no good match of this moth if Dichromodes (genus) online. On Bold Systems Dichromodes sp. ANIC 160 looked somewhat similar (1 set specimen from NSW).
Another possibility is the highly variable Dichromodes atrosignata however no examples I've yet seen are so neat and strongly coloured as this example. See here-- https://www.inaturalist.org/observations/139288380
