This is Pellenes bitaeniatus (refer "Field guide to spiders of Australia, 2017, Whyte & Anderson, P293). According to ALA is first record of this genus in ACT or region. ALA has this species listed as P. bitaeniata? This individual is unfortunately missing its front left leg. Considering how 'bright and bold' this tiny (3mm) spider is, and the amount of time I have spent in our region peering down at leaf litter, this sp. can't be that common as it is the first time I have encountered it.
