I agree the two orange dorsal organs on the antepenultimate segments suggest Lymantriinae, but I do not recognise the other markings. Please @Hejor1: can you rear it in captivity to an adult moth for further identification?

looks rather like the image of this larva in Caterpillars, Moths and their Plants of southern Australia by Peter McQuillan et al p.150
