new recorded location for this threatened glider

Found after hearing vocalisations typical of Yellow-bellied Glider. Accompanied by Feathertail Glider and Krefft's Glider in the same tree (no interactions).

Hi Mikayla, As far as I know, YBG ears are dark inside but these are pink. Also tail seems short for YBG. So is it a Bobuck aka Mountain Brushtail Possum? Dis you see it moving around at all or get a look at other parts of it?

Hi Don - have added two more photos to the sighting. In one of these, the gliding membrane is visible. Face structure/size of ears isn't right for Mountain Brushtail for me. Watched it for some time as it moved about trees - I didn't see it 'glide'.

A very good record - agreed it is YBG. Exceptional to see the other two species at the same time. Very few records of the FTG in the ACT. Was the tree flowering?
