Tussocks to 160 cm tall; culms about 4-5 mm diam, pith interrupted, colour mid-green.
Growing in an area that was under 15-20 cm water last spring with abundant R. amphitrichus.

@JaneR Jane, did you post the beetle separately? Unusual to see a Eucalyptus beetle on rushes, though possibly dropped from a tree.
