I believe this is Amata trigonophora, but there doesn't seem to be an option available for that. Any further clarification / help with identification would be greatly appreciated. :)

Identifying Amata (genus) to species is uncertain,. There is huge variation in wing pattern and markings. See page 228 of 'Moths in the ACT' (Cocking et al 2022). Quote: '...many species have similar wing patterns that are also variable within the species, and the situation is exacerbated by having no recent taxonomic revision of the genus to refer to. Identification of many species is nigh on impossible'.

I was shown drawer after drawer of unclassified Amata spp. at CSIRO's Australian National Insect Collection in Canberra so i am aware of the size of the problem!
