Not Festuca arundinacea, as that species leaves are hairless with strong ribbing on the upper surface

I wonder if the correct leaves were photographed. With hairs on both sides of the blade, a tuft of hairs adjacent to the ligule and a relatively broad blade, I think that could be Chilean Needlegrass
