Nice one Stuart. A Crypto of some sort?

I've no idea Roger? Will show it on some other sites, see if someone else knows it? There were quite a few in the reserve, all on the Oxylobium.

Which reserve was it in?

Closest I got was Aulacophora hilaris or Stethopachys formosa, but neither look “spot on”.

I still think its a Cryptocephaline in the genus Ditropidius or Aporocera see shape of thorax and concealed head

Chris Reid (Chrysomelid expert at the Australian Museum) has also confirmed Ditropidius from the pictures I sent him but it is not a species he knows and would like specimens. If anyone is going to the Endeavour reserve at Bombala and could collect some specimens on the Oxylobium, it would be much appreciated.

I can try and make it back there soon Roger but if someone makes it sooner; well and good. Happy to give them specific directions..
