User's notes
Tall, straight tree. Not as healthy as it could be. Lot of dead branches lower down. Bark slightly powdery but not obviously so. Chop marks. Thought it might be E. mannifera, but the leaves are more grey green than my street tree. Perhaps a different sub-species?

I think this will be Mannifera, and yes quite possibly a non-local variant/subspecies
