More to record the behaviour.
This bird was just tearing at the old bark on this tree. At first I suspected trying to get to insects underneath, but it didn’t seem to be eating. Just attacking the bark and shredding it off.
It may have been there to eat, but presented as just a pure rage event. Interesting to watch.
