Appears to have prominent upturned palps. Too big for Oecophoridae or Gelichiidae? Perhaps Xyloryctidae?

I'm not sure i agree, Philobota mathematica group are similar and have large upturned palps. The head and thorax structure and shape to me strongly suggests Philobota genus. Brioad dark stripe along th\e costa.
