Hi, I am pretty sure it is not RAWB. Wrong place and very short, also different seed head.

Yeah on second thoughts the foliage looks off and you are right its a fair bit to small. I'll leave it for others.

John I think this grass is (in order of decreasing likelihood either
Lachnagrostis filiformis
Piptatherum miliaceum
or
Amphobromus sp.
