User's notes

This might be the specimen that botanist id-ed as Hakea propinqua - a species that is not listed on CNM nor Census. There is one mature plant of which I took these photos; there are about 8 young hakeas up to 1m tall around the mature plant.

Suggest take samples to Isobel as does not quite match description at https://profiles.ala.org.au/opus/foa/profile/Hakea%20propinqua - especially the nuts.

Did you take samples to Isobel? I think this may be H. sericea from the hairs on the pedicels.

I can't remember; I will collect samples including fruits for you and Isobel.
