I'm afraid inappropriate planting. Similar to Fed Highway; I assume plantings at Campbell offices and Fed Highway were carried out around the same time probably by NCDC?

Yeah probably. There are numerous non-local wattles becoming invasive here unfortunately

Yes the same happens at the north slope of Mt Majura which is invaded by exotic Australian species planted along Fed highway. A massive replacement planting would be needed but resources are not available for ordinary nature reserves, unfortunately.
