CarbonAl didn't quite have it right sorry Al! There are around 5 plants of very removable size...would most people recommend that we take them out? I know one site where they have been left to provide small bird cover. Our patch is very small (2 ha) and numbers easy to monitor. Comments welcome!

Its a difficult one as Acacia species like this one help woodlands to succeed and can provide habitat as you allude to. Its a shame these aren't local, but this species doesn't seem to have a higher threat potential so if it is isn't spreading and there is only limited shrub cover then perhaps they should stay.
