Collection HL6643 at CANB. On a fallen, long-dead trunk.

In the first photo you can see that there has been some damage in a few areas, which allows you to see the cobwebby layer that sits between the wrinkled surface and the underlying wood. The ruler in the second photo gives you a scale and the third photo shows much of the specimen shown in the second photo, after it has been dried.
