I think this is an assassin bug that mimics a braconid wasp, the piercing mouthparts give it away

Trilaccus mimeticus, in MIRIDAE. It was described only recently (2020), which might explain why it is not listed in either AFD or ALA, although there are images of it in the 'Trilaccus' gallery of ALA.

Interesting Kim, I noticed in the ALA images some have black heads, others are orange/red
