Something exotic no doubt, though I am unsure exactly at this stage, reminds me a little bit of Ailanthus altissima but I don't think it is

Not tree of Heaven as it lacks gland in lowest leaflet and leaflets wrong shape to be Golden Rain tree or Chinese Pistachio - so not sure what it is - other than it is exotic
