height refers to water depth.
Searched for flowers but found none.
Growing in shelter of tall Juncus tussocks along edge of flowpath, mostly mixed with Ranunculus amphitrichs. ID as Lilaopsis is due to hollow septate stems (not so obvious in this photo).
