It is quite an unusual flower, probably some mutation. Really need leaves for a species ID and even then it would be hard with such a strange flower

It is a double-flowered specimen I believe, which is super cool. They don't usually open to this extent so you got pretty lucky! See Wahlenbergia sp. (Bluebell)
