Found by a colleague during a FOG weeding work party. Assume it is from a Nankeen (Australian) Kestrel we regularly see here?

Mmmm! Thanks Liam, wasn't expecting that at this location. Although I must admit it did remind me of the conclusion you and Matt came to re my sighting at Sutton in Jan 2022, https://canberra.naturemapr.org/sightings/4449673, located on a large rural bush block. Look forward to any further thoughts on what you (plural) come up with.
